Returns & Exchanges

At LEWKIN, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and include the provided return packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
